Join us for Jacket Giving Day 2026 and support Disability Support Services Testing Space project! Your gift helps create a more accessible, inclusive learning environment where all MSU Billings students can succeed.
This project will fund the renovation and soundproofing of a testing room and offices within Disability Support Services (DSS) at MSU Billings. The current testing space lacks adequate soundproofing and shares a wall with a public bathroom, which can hinder concentration and performance—particularly for students with sensory or cognitive challenges. A quiet, distraction-free environment is essential for students with approved testing accommodations, and these upgrades will bring the space in line with best practices in accessibility services.
Donating to this project directly supports student success by reducing anxiety and distractions, allowing students with disabilities to focus and perform confidently. This renovation aligns with MSUBโs commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and supporting student success, ensuring every student—regardless of need—has the tools and environment necessary to succeed academically.
Following the renovation, feedback from students and staff will be collected to evaluate its effectiveness and ensure the space continues to meet evolving student needs.
Make your impact today by giving during Jacket Giving Day 2026. Any funds raised beyond this projectโs immediate needs will be used to further enhance the overall Yellowjacket student experience.
