The City College Faculty and Staff are excited to propose, design and construct a peaceful outdoor space dedicated to the memory of faculty member Elizabeth Fullon. This space will offer students a tranquil environment where they can reflect, study, or unwind from the stresses of school and life. By creating a serene area for both learning and relaxation, we will honor Elizabeth Fullon’s legacy while providing students with a much-needed retreat that supports their mental and emotional well-being. Your support will help bring this meaningful space to life and create a lasting impact on our campus community.
Elizabeth Fullon was a dedicated faculty member at City College from 2007 until her passing in 2018. Her lasting impact is reflected in the 9/11 Memorial, where she played a pivotal role in securing and developing the project. Now, we have the opportunity to further honor her legacy by creating an outdoor space for student reflection and learning. The project will cost approximately $15,000, but it can be completed in phases if needed. Your support will ensure that Elizabeth's memory continues to inspire future generations of students while providing a peaceful sanctuary for all who need it.
