Academic Centers & Institutes - Jacket Giving Day 2025
This annual event has raised over $320,000+ (overall) that has gone directly back to the students and staff at MSUB and improved and enhanced the student experience.
Today allows you (our friends, alums, and community members) to support the area identified as a critical need by the faculty and staff. These projects will directly impact the student experience for many Yellowjackets and touch virtually every demographic and corner on campus.
This year's projects for Academic Centers & Institutes are identified below and have been proposed by our faculty and staff and approved by university administration to ensure that we are making the most impact on improving the student experience during Jacket Giving Day 2025.
City College: Liz Fullon Memorial Outdoor Meditation & Learning Space
College of Business: Program Enrichments Fund
College of Education: Para-To-Teacher Pathway
College of Health Professions & Science: Wellness Studio-Phase 2
College of Liberal Arts & Science: Experiential Learning Fund
Native American Achievement Center: Kitchen Remodel
University Housing: Dorm Study Lounge Remodel
University Library: Manga/Graphic Novel Collection
Yellowjacket Pantry: Offering essential support to those MSUB students in need
Dress the Nest: Providing professional attire for students in need
